Welcome!
We offer in-home or at-location fitness and wellness services that serve the IL-WI Stateline area. Our programs come from a background in science as well as fitness-medical integration. We know movement is medicine, to a point, and commanding our psychology toward healthy habits is key to living better.
We can help you learn the way forward to an active life by mastering your movement and adapting your psychology. Regardless of physical limitations, obstacles, and pain we can help you find ways to exercise appropriately.
We believe in providing a minimalistic approach. Living simply is in our playbook. Life is complicated enough and working with us does not have to be. Think of our work together as a partnership. Whether you are a personal training client, a business partner, or participant in a class; it’s a collaboration. We will give you the tools and knowledge to practice your craft of healthy living. With over a decade of experience with clients, and through teaching hundreds of classes, we’ve learned three common things that have helped people the most.

Lifestyle
The way we habitually live. Often small focused adjustments can result in big positive changes. The shoes you wear, the way you work, what you eat, how you sit, breathe, find happiness, and more are all important. There are a million ways to live and a million more pieces of advice for healthy living. Trying to be healthy can be overwhelming! It doesn’t have to be. We can help you sort through the mess and focus on the most important things for you. A big part is establishing habits that will serve you now and as you age.

Corrective Exercise
Corrective Exercise (CE) addresses common imbalances in the musculoskeletal system. Think posture, alignment, and often pain relief. Through self myofacial release (massage), strength training, and stretching these specific exercises will be what your body needs to move better. This type of training is immensely beneficial if you are recovering from an illness or injury, have a chronic condition, or other barriers to movement. CE can benefit athletes, young adults, and others as well.
Yoga
Yoga nurtures and maintains the mind and body. Our method is anchored around asanas (physical postures). Many of the asanas we use include isometric holds, which are a gentle way to gain and keep our foundational strength. These poses are easy on the joints and many include stretching and balance to help keep us moving through life. Yoga has a myriad of benefits and we highly recommend some type or another for everyone. We offer Individual Yoga as well as group classes.
