Megan Pasciak is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Teacher, and the Founder of Lifestyle Focus Fitness. With a background in science and fitness-medical integration, she has spent over a decade helping individuals and professionals bridge the gap between movement, wellness, and longevity.
Megan is passionate about empowering aging adults, individuals with health conditions, and those experiencing chronic pain by equipping them with the tools to overcome physical challenges. Through personalized programs, she helps clients master movement and adapt their mindset, fostering long-term health and resilience.
Beyond her work with individuals, Megan serves as a mentor for fellow fitness professionals and collaborates with local businesses to create specialty fitness and yoga events—building community and celebrating the joy of an active lifestyle.
