When? Class is held on Saturdays 6:30-7:30am. If possible, please let us know what day you plan to attend. Last class date September 27th.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet the group, place your mat, and sign the waiver. Dress for the weather and Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM!)
We don’t allow refunds, exchanges, or make ups. Tickets must be fulfilled before the end of September or they will be forfeited.
